Ho concluso che arrivare alla soglia dei trenta senza aver mai visto dal vivo Metallica e Slayer sia una vera vergogna, quindi ho deciso di rimediare. Il biglietto del Big Four è mio! Si prevede headbanging selvaggio e ininterrotto!

Tom Araya, fatti curare!

Apprendo ora che a causa di un malore, Tom Araya è stato ricoverato in ospedale e gli Slayer hanno dovuto cancellare la loro esibizione al Soudwave Festival di Sidney.

La notizia è apparsa sul sito di Terrorizer, ed ecco il contenuto:

Slayer were forced to cancel yesterday's scheduled appearance at the Soundwave Festival in Sydney, Australia just an hour before they were due onstage after frontman Tom Araya was taken into hospital. Although details of his condition have yet to be released, his wife Sandra Araya issued the following statement on her Facebook page:

"SPOKE WITH TOM =) He's feeling much better! it will be a few days before test results come back... That's all I can say for now! whoo hoo!"
Whispers on the internet hinted at a "serious ear infection" being the reason he was hospitalised, but Sandra confirmed this to be untrue.
"Tom does not have a ear infection! Not sure who came up with this, but it is not true... They are waiting on test results... If [the ear-infection explanation] is coming from the promoter, I am sure he is only saying what he was told!"
Soundwave promoter AJ Madda assures fans that Tom "will be okay" for the next leg of Soundwave on March 4th in Melbourne. We wish him a speedy recovery!

Tom, infezione o no, devi stare riguardato. Non è la prima volta che finisci in ospedale...cominci a diventare vecchio e di Lemmy ce n'è soltanto uno.

Ho da poco comprato il costoso biglietto per il Rock In IdRho, e guarda un po' cosa salta fuori...il Big 4! Stesso posto, stesso prezzo...ora devo decidere il da farsi, perchè la questione si fa spinosa. Vedere Metallica, Slayer, Megadeath ed Anthrax tutti insieme potrebbe procurarmi erezioni e go go. Medito, medito...
