Virulence (pre- fu manchu) 1985-1989 LP / CD... Southern Lord records is releasing the, Virulence "if this isn't a dream...1985 - 1989" LP / CD later this year. Virulence is a band that included all early fu manchu memebers. The band lasted from 1985 to 1989, then went right into starting up fu manchu. Virulence released an LP "if this isn't a dream..." in 1988 and it will be remastered along with demos from 1985 / 86 / 87 plus live songs from 1987 / 1989 and live video footage from 1987/ 1989. This will also include Alot of early show flyers and live pictures. Early on virulence was a punk / hardcore, BL'AST!, black flag, VOID, sounding band then later were into melvins, late period flag, swans and a more tweaked blue cheer . Ne sentivamo la necessità? Io personalmente, no!
Sicuramente ascolterò questa uscita postuma, vista la mia passione per i Fu Manchu, ma mi sembra un'iniziativa per feticisti, per nerd danarosi, o più semplicemente per polli da spennare. In ogni caso sono pronto a ricredermi, qualora il materiale del disco sia di alto livello.
La raccolta uscirà per Southern Lord.
